How to clear your web browser cache
Sometimes if a slide is not displaying properly, it is possible that the slide did not fully download. In this case, it is possible that your browser cached the half-downloaded slide, and is pulling the slide straight from your cache, instead of from the internet. Please follow the instructions below to clear the cache in your web browser.
